Party Terms & Conditions

1. Upon booking non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit of £125 is required. Your booking is not secured until payment has been processed.
2. All attendees must be paid for, including spectators. There is no spectator discount available.
3. Please arrive 10 minutes before your party.
4. You must vacate the premises by the end of your party.
5. Your party session duration includes play time on the equipment and food time. You will not be allowed to overstay your session for any reason.
6. A minimum of 10 or 12 children per party booking (depending on package selected) is required.
7. A maximum of 25 children is permitted per party booking. Children must be between ages of 6 months – 16 years old, inclusive.
8. Strictly one party package per booking, and one menu choice per booking.
9. Our food is prepared in an environment that contains nuts and other ingredients with known allergens such as gluten, dairy and lactose. Please inform a member of staff before your party so we are aware and can offer alternatives where possible.
10. Play Factore caters for dietary requirements where possible. Any additional ingredients required for the party may be subject to a surcharge of an extra £2.00 to your party booking.
11. Extra attendees and any food extras must be confirmed a minimum of 3 days before your party by calling our reception team on 0161 748 6851. We will not be able to admit any extra party guests on the day without notice.
12. You will not be able to reduce children’s numbers or remove any party extras on the day of the party.
13. The number of children you pay for and any extras you add on are non-refundable and non-transferrable once paid for. Please see further in Refund and Cancellation Policy.
14. Outstanding party balance must be paid in full before your party start time at Play Factore reception. We recommend paying in advance wherever possible using the payment e-mail links provided to avoid delays upon arrival.
15. No party guest will be let through reception gates if the outstanding balance is not paid.
16. Each child attending the party is allowed one adult. Due to limited seating, dedicated adult seating is only available for up to 12 adults. Any extra adults in addition to the number of children will be charged the standard admission price for adult entry. We cannot guarantee dedicated seating by the party room for more than 12 adults per party room booked.
17. Siblings will not be allowed to enter the party room unless they are included in the party numbers and have paid the party price per child.
18. Any additional siblings of party guests will be charged a standard price for entry and will receive standard entry fee benefits.
19. All Play Factore parties are for duration of 2 hours, this includes play time and mealtime. The party room and designated adult seating area will be available between these times. Adults/children must not take up any additional seating outside their designated area.
20. Party food is for children only. Any party guests arriving later than 45 minutes after the party start time will not be included in the food service.
21. No food or drink unless purchased from the Play Factore is to be consumed on the premises. You are only allowed to bring in a birthday cake to sing happy birthday with.
22. No knives are permitted as per our security and safeguarding policies. A Play Factore party host will slice the birthday cake for you.
23. No balloons, sparklers or party poppers are allowed within the premises.
24. No decorations are permitted on the party room walls, as it damages the paintwork.
25. No third party entertainers are allowed at Play Factore.
26. 10 minutes before the end of party guests will be called back to party rooms to collect their party favours (if supplied) and belongings. Guests must not re-enter play facilities and should return to reception to be checked out no later than the party end time.
27. All adults and children must wear socks at all times.
28. In order to avoid potential friction burns, Play Factore advise that clothing which covers arms and legs is worn.
29. Play Factore is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage of customer’s personal belongings.
30. Management reserve the right to make changes without notice.
