General Terms and Conditions

1. Upon booking a full non-refundable payment is required. Your booking is not secured until payment has been processed. (Refer to the cancellation and refund policy for details of how to cancel).
2. Booking confirmation must be presented to the reception team upon arrival.
3. Your booking is only valid for a session on selected date and time.
4. Admission times may vary based on booked play session:
   • Off-peak bookings – up to 2 hours only.
   • Peak 10am session – up to 2 hours only, (ends at 12pm).
   • Peak 12:30pm or 3:30pm session – up to 2 hours and 30 minutes only (end at 3pm or 6pm, respectively).
5. Pre-bookings are required to guarantee admission. Play Factore can only guarantee entry pre-booked customers.
6. Your booking does not guarantee a specific table, but seating will be available for all customers.
7. Tables are only available on a first-come, first-served basis. If seating is not available on the
   ground floor, our first-floor mezzanine space will be available. (Therefore, for
   wheelchair/pram access we recommend to arrive early).
8. All attendees must be paid for, including spectators. There is no spectator discount available.
9. For all PEAK sessions, we recommend to arrive 15 – 20 minutes before the session start time, to allow time to check in at reception before play will begin.
10. You must promptly vacate the premises by the end of your session.
11. Last food orders are taken 45 minutes before the end of your session. Please plan accordingly.
12. Your session duration includes play time on the equipment (including purchased add-on’s) and food time. You will not be allowed to overstay your session for any reason.
13. Proof of concession or discount must be provided upon the entry to the facility. Failing to do so you will be asked to pay the price of a full ticket.
14. Booking confirmation must be presented to the reception upon arrival.
15. Please keep your entry receipt/booking confirmation with you at all times as it will be required upon exit.
16. Only food and drink purchased from Play Factore may be consumed on these premises. No external food or drinks can be brought inside.
17. No food or drink to be taken onto the play equipment.
18. All children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18 and over) when visiting Play Factore. Responsible adult must always remain within the building. No children will be allowed to attend without an adult and vice versa.
19. No balloons, candles or other decorations are allowed within the premises.
20. No pets/animals allowed within the premises.
21. Play Factore does not accept responsibility for the loss/damage of personal belongings.
22. Play Factore staff are responsible for the monitoring and usage of equipment. Supervision of children is the responsibility of the parent/guardian only.
23. Photography and videography are permitted inside our venue, only of your own child(ren) or other members of your party. Anyone reported to be photographing or filming other members of the public, this is deemed unethical, and you will be asked to leave.
24. Play Factore reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse admission, remove from the premises without any right to a refund, any person whose presence or behaviour may affect the enjoyment and/or safety of other guests or staff. This will be enforced if required through police action.
25. We reserve the right to close the play frame, slides and remove equipment from use during our trading hours for any reason, without compensation. We will endeavour to inform you of any non-availability of any equipment or facility prior to admission.
26. We reserve the right to alter times, prices, menus, equipment and terms and conditions without notice.
