Our Rules of Play outline everything you need to know when visiting Play Factore and the rules for the facilities available. You can find our Rules of Play for general admission here.

PEAK times: Weekends, Bank Holidays and all School Holidays.

OFF PEAK times: All other times (Monday – Friday during normal school term time).

Pre-booking is required for all play sessions and admission cannot be guaranteed without a pre-booked admission ticket. Our booking system shows the timed play sessions available and the remaining spaces left.

For our upcoming peak times please see our Contact Us page. These will also be shown on our booking link, announced through our social media and sent to our newsletters  subscribers prior to each peak period.

We are open from 10am – 6pm, every day!

Our last session ends at 6pm.

Play Factore’s play frames have been specifically designed to support the height and weight of an adult so that you can join in on the adventure with your children. Adults can also join in on our Laser Tag sessions.

Please note that we do not allow adults in without accompanying children, or vice versa.

Rules of Play apply.

Play Factore staff are responsible for the monitoring and usage of equipment. Supervision of children is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

Socks must be worn at all times when using the equipment (normal socks).

Clothing covering arms and legs MUST be worn to avoid potential friction burns. Please be aware that different materials in clothing can result in different levels of speed and friction.

Play Factore does not accept responsibility for the loss/damage of personal belongings.

Play Factore has its very own restaurant and all of our menu is freshly prepared on site daily. Our extensive menu has been designed to have something for everyone, whilst taking into consideration dietary requirements and allergies. Our menu consists of pizzas baked in a traditional Italian oven, deli style bagels, tasty side snacks and sharing plates, not to mention a varied choice of smaller bites for our younger guests to enjoy.

Only food and drink purchased from Play Factore may be consumed on these premises.

Yes – Our Wi-Fi is free for customer use, just look for our network and sign in with Facebook, X or by email form.

We offer free parking and have over 300 car parking spaces available including dedicated disabled parking bays.

We do not offer any concessional or spectator rates.

Carer’s – We offer FREE entrance a carer that is accompanying a child with any additional support needs, upon presentation of a valid ID (e.g. DLA form, Doctor’s Note, National Disability/Carers Card/Access Card). One carer per child.

When booking online you simply need to pay for the children’s entry. Upon arrival at Play Factore, present your carer’s ID to a member of our team.

For all bank holidays we are open as usual; 10am – 6pm. Online booking is required as these are considered PEAK dates. Any changes will be posted on our website and across social media!

The activities available will range depending on the date of your booking and the age of the children. For example our laser-tag arena is only available during PEAK times, and only for adults and children at least 5 years old.

Please note that our Valojump, laser-tag and zip-wire ride will close at least 10 minutes before the end of your session (subject to availability). The play frame is free to use up to the end of your session.
