PLAY FACTORE GIFT VOUCHER T&CS
- Our Gift Vouchers are digital and can only be purchased through the checkout link here: Purchase a Gift Voucher
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Gift Vouchers are valid for use towards Play Factore general admission tickets and Play Factore add-on’s only, subject to availability. To redeem, select the ‘Redeem gift card’ option on checkout and enter the 10-digit gift card number.
- Any additional cost exceeding the value of the voucher will be paid by the redeemer.
- Any remaining balance will be retained on the associated gift voucher.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and physical change will not be given.
- Vouchers may not be applied to the payment of bookings already made.
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of the purchase. Play Factore reserves the rights to restrict the use of gift vouchers in the event of exceptional circumstances.
- Lost Gift Vouchers can be resent. Please contact reception@playfactore.com with the same email address used to purchase your gift voucher. Play Factore may ask you to confirm contact details to verify your identity.
- In the event of any dispute, Play Factore’s decision is final.
