Group Booking Terms & Conditions

Registered Schools or Charities can make Group Booking enquiries to reception@playfactore.com along with proof of validation. This may be direct from an official school email address, or with your charity name and number.

If you are booking on behalf of a school or charity as a parent or guardian, you will need to provide a signed letter from the headteacher of the school, or an official representative of the charity to verify the booking will be paid for by the school or charity.

1. Group Booking rates only apply to registered Schools or Charities.
2. Group booking numbers and times are as follows for off peak bookings: Off Peak: All other times. A minimum of 15 children. Laser tag a minimum of 15 children. Zip wire a minimum of 15 children. 
3. For Reasons of safety, please adhere to Rules of Play at all times.
4. Admission for all group bookings is 2 hours unless previously agreed by Management.
5. Play Factore reserve the right to charge a late exit fee (charges available upon request).
6. Play Factore reserve the right to refuse re-entry if a group exits the site during their play session.
7. No external food or drink is allowed within Play Factore.
8. Food and drinks are available to purchase at our restaurant.
9. No food or drink is to be taken into the Play Frame or into any of the activities areas.
10. Play Factore staff are responsible for the monitoring and usage of equipment only. Supervision of children is the responsibility of the parent/guardian or group leader (in locos parentis).
11. For reasons of hygiene, adults and children must wear socks at all times. Socks are available to purchase at Reception.
12. In order to avoid potential friction burns, it is advisable that clothing which covers arms and legs is worn.
13. Adults participating in Laser Tag must remove shoes before entering.
14. The Astra Slide, Laser Tag and ValoJump Trampolines are available to children aged 5 years old and above.
15. The Toddler Area is strictly for children under 5 years old. Children over the age of 5 will be asked to leave unless deemed to be supervising a younger sibling.
16. Laser Tag and ValoJump will close 10 minutes before Play Factore is scheduled to close.
17. Zip Wire is only available with off peak group bookings for additional charge.

19. Anyone deemed abusing staff/customers, either verbally or physically, will be asked to leave the premises immediately. If required this will be enforced through police action.

Group Booking payment terms are as follows:

1. A 20% deposit payment is required to secure your booking. This must be paid within 5 working days of an invoice being issued. No booking will be guaranteed without this payment or receipt of confirmation.
2. Full payment must be settled at least 3 working days before the scheduled visit date.
3. Once the full payment has been made it is non – refundable / non – transferable.
4. Emailed booking forms will be treated as a contractual agreement and therefore you are accepting our full terms and conditions.
5. Bookings less than 2 weeks are due and payable in full at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations / amendments must be made in writing or by email and may be subject to an amendment fee. The following cancellation policy applies to group bookings:
   1. 4 weeks notice, or more – no charge.
   2. 2 – 4 weeks notice – cancellations will be charged at 50% of the booking value.
   3. Less than 2 weeks’ notice – the booking becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. Discretion may be used by Play Factore management depending on your circumstances.
